Arohi's pov
I was trembling in fear. How did he know about Yuvaan? Is he stalking me? I even apologised to him for that slap. But he is not ready to forget it. He was looking at me as if he was a predator and I was his prey. His devilish smirk petrified me more . I don't even know anything about him . Why do I have to enrage him? People are right. I should learn to control my anger. It would have been better if I had just walked away from him that day. God! What have I gotten myself into?
Shruti came near me and asked ,"Arohi, who was that man? I saw you talking to him .Do you know him? "
"It's nothing... nothing", I tried to avoid her question. But she was persistent. I couldn't lie to her. I needed someone to share my problems. So I narrated everything to her.
"Please tell me you are not going to accept his offer?" "No, I can't even think about it. I am not someone who warms every different bed for money."
"Thank God. I have some good news. You know my family owns a business. Although it's not too big . But I can help you provide some help with the money." Shruti said.
"Shruti, you are my saviour. I am very lucky to have you in my life. I will get the rest of the money by selling my house in the village. Although it's my parents'last memory, I need to do it to save Yuvaan's life." I said .
"First have this juice and food. I know you haven't eaten anything in the last few hours." She said and offered me food.
'God, I am so lucky to have such friends in my life. Not everyone is heartless like that devil.'
She called her father . He agreed to give me money. I promised him that I will pay him back.

I went to the hospital to meet Yuvaan.
" Manav bhaiya (brother), I will get well soon. My Arohi didi told me . Then we will play football together." Yuvaan said.
"Yes, champ. Soon you will be alright. And I am going to do your treatment. Then you will be able to walk and run like any other child. And then we will play football together. " Dr.Manav said encouraging him.
In the past few days , me and Dr.Manav have become good friends. He is really a good and charming guy. He is in charge of Yuvaan's case. He saw me at the door.
"Hey , Arohi. Come inside. You look so happy today. What happened?" He said smiling.
"Actually, I have arranged money for Yuvaan's treatment. Soon he will be able to get well." I told him and hugged him in happiness. He reciprocated my gesture and wrapped his hand around me.
"Congratulations, Arohi. That's wonderful news. I am so happy for you."
Yuvaan fake coughed and we came out of our moment. I awkwardly moved back.
"I am sorry. Actually I was so happy. I didn't mean to hug you." I said embarrassingly.
"It's alright. I can understand." His cheeks were red. He was blushing.

The next day, Shruti called me and told me that her dad faced losses in his business. So she won't be able to give me money. But she was ready to give me her savings. But still they won't be enough. I got a call from my village. They said that they won't be able to sell the house due to some issues. Shruti and I went to a bank to mortgage my house. They told me that they will tell me tomorrow about procedures. The next day they told me that their bank is closed for next month due to construction work . My last hope was also tarnished. Yesterday I was so happy that I will be able to pay for Yuvaan's treatment. Now there is no other way left.
I rushed to my room and grabbed my purse and began to search for it. I found the card that he gave me. I am sorry, Papa, Mummy. But I have to do this for Yuvaan's sake.
I took an auto and reached his company. I went to the receptionist and asked for the way for his office. She eyed me from up to down. I know people here judge others by their clothes. She gave me a disgusted look. She told me that I have to take an appointment to meet him.
"Please ,it's urgent. I know him. He even gave me his card." I told her showing her the card he gave me.
She snatched it and checked it,
"You might have stolen it from anywhere. Mr.Singh doesn't meet people like you. Many girls give the same excuse and try to meet him. I know girls like you. Just go away before I ask security to throw you out."
"Please believe me. It's urgent." I pleaded. She called guards to throw me out. Just then a man came and told something to the receptionist. The guards stopped and he told me to accompany him if I wanted to meet his boss. I followed him. We reached his floor. He told me to wait as his boss is busy and he will meet me when he is free.
I kept waiting outside his cabin for two hours.
Virat's pov
I went to the hospital to visity friend. As I was passing by the corridor, I heard Arohi's voice. I heard her conversation with the doctor. I came to know about her brother's condition. I offered to pay for his treatment in exchange of one night but she refused me.
I knew that she would come to meet me. I gave her no other options. I will destroy everyone who tries to help her. I want her to be dependent only on me. I had planted my men behind her which provided me with updates about her. When I came to know her friend's dad was willing to help her with money, I destroyed her friend's family business. Her house wasn't sold due to me. When I came to know that she was going to take help from a bank , I closed that bank. I paid the manager a hefty amount for it.
My men informed me about her arrival in the company. Let me play with her a little. I was watching everything from the CCTV. I saw how she was humiliated by the receptionist. She looked pretty even with a tearful face. She deserves it. But no one is allowed to hurt her except me. When I saw that the guards were about to touch her, I asked my secretary to bring her to my office and make her wait outside my cabin and tell her that I am busy and will meet her when I am free. I was looking at everything from my CCTV. She was impatient. She received a call and then she began to cry.
I asked my secretary to call her in the cabin. She entered with her tearful face. I pretended to be busy reading a file but my whole attention was on her.
"Sir..". She called me.
"Yes . Why did you come here?" I looked up from the file and asked her even though I knew the reason for her arrival.
"Sir... I am .....ready to ...accept your offer." She said looking down.
"Offer? Which offer?" I pretended not to know what she was talking about.
"I...agree to.... sleep with you for a night." She stammered.
"That offer's deadline was till two hours back. The deadline is over. So you can go back. I am not interested anymore" I said.
She looked up with a shocked face. "Sir, I am sorry. Please. I will sleep with you. I need money. My brother needs treatment."
"If he needs treatment, go to that doctor whom you were hugging. Why did you come here?" I remembered her moments with that pathetic doctor. My men had sent me a photo of her hugging that doctor.
"I am sorry. I won't do it again. Please help me." I wanted to humiliate her more.
"Okay. Beg me. Sit on your knees and beg me. Beg me for help. Beg me for your brother's life. Beg me to spend a night with you." I want to see how much she can break.
To my surprise, she sat on her knees and joined her hands with tears,
"Sir , Please... Save my brother's life. Please give me money. Please spend a.... night with me."
"Now, where is your self respect? Your dignity? That day , you were preaching to me that you won't trade your self respect for anything. And now , you are here begging me on your knees for money." I said reminding her words.
"Situation forced me to this. If my brother's life wasn't at stake , I won't even see your face." She said without fear. I would love to break that spark of defiance in her. Even in this condition, she is fearless.
"Okay, you have entertained me enough. I think you can leave."
"What about money?" She got up from her knees and asked.
"What money? I didn't promise you any money."
"How can you do this? I pleaded you on my knees and you are playing with me."
"I am not playing. I asked you and you did it. I never told you that I will give you any money. Anyways money can't buy everything." I taunted her with her words she once told me.
"Sir , please... "She joined her hands," if you want I am ready to beg again. I will do anything. Please help me."
"Okay. I will give you money. In return you have sleep with me till the end of the year."
"But the deal was for one night ? "
"Yes. But you refused that offer. Now this is my new deal. Want it or should I cancel it ? I don't have time. " I said pretending to look at my watch.
"Sir ... please.."
"I guess I should leave now." I walked two steps when I heard her voice whic
h made me smirk.
"I am ready to sleep with you for a year."
I heard her words and smirked in victory.
